How can I make an appointment?

Call us for an appointment at (903)908-2121.  When you call, you will speak with our nurse patient coordinator who will briefly discuss your goals and explain our procedures.  We will then make an appointment for you to come into the office and discuss further details with both the doctor and the nurse coordinator.  Generally, appointments last about one hour and are free of charge.

What arrangements can you make for out of town patients?

We are located in Texarkana, Texas, which has an airport served by American Airlines.  For out-of-town patients, call to ask about our travel allowance program which will provide you a discount for your travel. For out of town patients it is best for you to email us photos of the body areas you want treated, and we will ask you to fill out a medical history questionnaire to ensure you are a good candidate for the procedure.  Anyone traveling into Texarkana from significant distance will be asked to spend the night at a local hotel and not travel home on the same day as the procedure itself.  If you cannot arrange for someone to accompany you back to your hotel after your procedure is complete, we can arrange for a member of our staff to drive you back.
